Given you will be pouring our beautiful cream out of the top of the bottle, we thought it would make cooking easier if the measurements on side of the bottle told you know how much cream you had poured OUT, instead of how much was left IN the bottle.

Unopened: Provided it has been stored in the correct conditions (refrigerated at or below 4 degrees C) Anchor™ Cream will remain fresh until the use by date printed on the bottle.

Opened: Once open, best enjoyed within a week for maximum freshness and within the Use By Date.
If your bottle of Anchor™ Cream is past the use by date, or if you have any concerns about fresness of the product please do not consume.

Anchor™ Cream is available exclusively to Woolworths.

Anchor™ Thickened Cream and Light Thickened cream is available in SA, VIC, NSW & QLD
Anchor™ Pure Cream is available in SA, VIC & NSW

Yes, Anchor™ Cream is proudly made in Western Victoria using 100% Australian milk.

Both Anchor™ Thickened Cream and Light Thickened Cream use bovine gelatin which are not vegetarian and not halal certified.

All milk used to make Anchor™ Cream comes from a select group of 34 farmers based in Western Victoria.

At Anchor™, we know that making beautiful dairy starts on farm, that’s why we have set up the Anchor™ Dairy Fund and are investing 5c from every bottle sold back into sustainable farming projects.  Funding for year 1 is capped at $250,000.
